Dues and Membership Information

Chantilly Robotics is implementing a NEW membership process this year with the intention of increasing new student participation and learning opportunities with our very limited number of adult mentors. Membership on the team is a 2-part process where students can participate in the Fall and are invited to join the competition team for the Spring season.

 

The criteria for being invited onto the team is Participation, Engagement, and Enthusiasm. Technical skill is NOT a criteria, for each student is here to learn. Invitations to join the competition team will occur late November. Due to the amount of materials and tools used in the fall session, every student is required to pay a $75 non-refundable materials fee for the fall session. Students invited to join the competition team will be required to pay a $225 membership fee to cover competition registration and expenses, t-shirts, and team activities.

 

Students and Parents MUST complete these tasks to participate in Chantilly Robotics.

These forms need to be completed every year​

• Team Membership forms (3 parts)

  • Complete the online Membership Form (Online Membership Form)

    • A PDF version of the Membership form is available for download.  (click to download)​

  • Complete the FRC 612 Consent Form (click to download)

    • Digitally sign and upload your consent form while filling out the online membership form

      • Or upload you forms  here:  (Form Upload Site)​

      • Or email your forms to chantilly.612@gmail.com

  • Students and parents are required to sign and submit the CHS Emergency Care Form

    • Emergency Care form MUST be printed and signed in ink, just like was done for CHS earlier this year.

    • I appreciate you printing them as I must put them in a physical binder.

Dues:

• Materials Fee $75  

  • Due to the amount of materials and tools used in the fall session, every student is required to pay a $75 non-refundable materials fee for the fall session. 

• Competition Team Membership Fee $225

  • Competition Team membership fees  cover competition registration and expenses, t-shirts, and team activities.

• Dues can be paid via MySchoolBucks , or by check made payable to Chantilly Academy.
