Parents

Parent involvement continues to be a key component to Team 612's success.

Feeding the horde of students on build season Saturdays, transportation to competitions and outreach events, and chaperoning at competitions and just providing that critical support to YOUR student as they navigate the demands of high school and all their activities.

In addition, Team 612 Mentors need help mentoring, coaching, and supervising our students during Build Season

Team 612 is currently in its build season (January- March).

Build Season is January and February.  Competitions will be in March and April.

We especially need  Adult Mentor/Coaches for Marketing, Mechanical, Programming.

Parent Meetings

Our first Parent meeting of the 25-26 season is on 10/6/25 at 6 pm at Chantilly High School, room 570. This meeting will provide important information about the season, team expectations, schedules, and ways families can support our students. It’s also a great opportunity to meet the coaches, mentors, and other parents. 

Agenda Highlights:

• Introduction of the robotics team and coaching staff

• Overview of the season’s schedule and competition dates

• Student expectations and team goals

• Parent roles and opportunities for involvement

• Q&A session
