Marketing Subteam Increased Efficiency

Overview: More production from the Chantilly Robotics marketing subteam!

CHANTILLY, VA, JANUARY 16TH, 2025. Behind the scenes of Team 612, the marketing subteam is hard at work to bring awareness to the club. With daily press releases, a consistent social media presence, and regular updates for sponsors and families, the subteam significantly improved efficiency and engagement.

The marketing subteam is busy creating build vlogs, daily press releases and reels. These efforts aim to document and share the team’s progress and provide an inside look into the collaboration happening each day. By maintaining a consistent and engaging presence, the subteam ensures that the community remains connected in the team's journey.

Marketing enhanced its communication efforts with parents and the community, ensuring a constant flow of information. By leveraging personalized email campaigns and regularly scheduled updates, the team builds a stronger relationship with keeping parents engaged and informed about team progress. The team’s marketing consistently ties its initiatives to meaningful outcomes, whether it’s inspiring younger students through our school summer camps and FLL tournaments, advancing STEM education, or enhancing our appeal to sponsors.

These improvements mark a pivotal moment for Chantilly’s Team 612, reflecting the team’s commitment to excellence not only in engineering and competition but also in community engagement and communication. The marketing subteam communicates the team's mission and achievements clearly.
