Students and Parents MUST complete these tasks to be a member of Chantilly Robotics.

These forms need to be completed every year

and are DUE 18 October 2024.

  • Complete the online Membership Form (Online Membership Form)

  • Complete the FRC 612 Consent Form (click to download)

    • Digitally sign and upload your consent form while filling out the online membership form

• PARENTS:  Every youth must be registered with FIRST.  We need YOU to sign your student's FIRST Consent and Release Form:

Dues:

• Dues are $200.00 dollars. Like any other club, all Chantilly Robotics members are required to pay team dues once per year.  Robotic dues will  cover competition registrations, materials and tools, team t-shirt for each student, competition expenses, and team celebrations. Dues and membership forms must be turned in to be an official team member and to attend meetings and team events. Dues will be 50% refundable until 8 November 2024; afterwards, dues are no longer refundable. To receive a refund contact Mr. Ron Baer at ronbaer@ieee.org.

• Dues can be paid via MySchoolBucks , or by check made payable to Chantilly Academy.

• For those with siblings in FRC or FTC Chantilly Robotics, dues are reduced to $150 for each sibling. For this discount, dues must be paid by check payable to Chantilly Academy.
