Competition 2:

• • Student sign-up form for competition 2: Tuesday, March 7th

  • Fill out parent driver form for competition 2: Sunday, March 12th

  • Competition 2 payment ($80): Monday, March 20th

The Team needs parent drivers/chaperones! There are 2 Parent Driver Forms:

1. The first form is a Sign-up to volunteer to drive to the competition. Here is the link: DRIVER FORM 

2. The second form is required by FCPS for any driver. "Field Trip Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Information" forms are due March 16th. Medication Authorization Form

If your student needs to bring medication with them (including over the counter medicines like Tums and Tylenol) you will need to print and fill out the "Medication Authorization" form.  Here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z-9BwvBFb5KkJHOaR-89RjwRgWAhfsQv/view?usp=sharing The Medication authorization form must be kept in a ziplock bag along with the medication and turned into the parent driver or Mr. Baer.

The cost of the hotel for each student is $80. This payment can be made by check to the Chantilly STEM Foundation. Additionally you should plan to give your student a $10 donation for the parent driver/chaperones to defray fuel cost and $100 for meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners).

We will be staying in the  Avid Hotel Richmond North-Ashland, and will have 4 students per hotel room. The address of this hotel is 10261 Washington Hwy, Glen Allen, VA 23059. For those who have are being driven by a parent driver, we will be traveling in groups of 4-7.
