Competitions 24-25

Deadlines:

Competition 1:

    • Student sign-up form for competition 1: Saturday, March 11th

    • Fill out "Field Trip Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Information" form: Thursday, March 16th.

    • Medical Authorization Form: Saturday March 18th

Competition 2:

    • Student sign-up form for competition 2: Tuesday, March 7th

    • Fill out parent driver form for competition 2: Sunday, March 12th

    • Competition 2 payment ($80): Monday, March 20th

    • Fill out "Field Trip Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Information" form: Thursday, March 23rd.

    • Field trip Form, Permission slip: Thursday March 23th

    • Medical Authorization Form: Saturday March 25th

 

Competition 1 (Chesapeake HS, Pasadena, MD) Information:

 

Dates: March 8 - 9

The team needs parent drivers/chaperones! There are 2 Parent Driver Forms:

  1. The first form is a Sign-up to volunteer to drive to the competition. Here is the link: https://forms.gle/3fVuU5uRKKwiG8mH6

  2. The second form is required by FCPS for any driver. "Field Trip Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Information" forms are due March 23th. Medication Authorization Form

  • If your student needs to bring medication with them (including over the counter medicines like Tums and Tylenol) you will need to print and fill out the "Medication Authorization" form.  Here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z-9BwvBFb5KkJHOaR-89RjwRgWAhfsQv/view?usp=sharing The Medication authorization form must be kept in a ziplock bag along with the medication and turned into the parent driver or Mr. Baer.
